Improved dataset importer, new search page, and other updates

New importer: We completely rebuilt the dataset import process to make it much easier to upload datasets, fill out lots of descriptive information, and find out something useful when the process fails.  You can now also upload multiple layer datasets, which allow multiple related GIS files (shapefiles or ArcGRIDs) to be bundled together into a single dataset.  This allows you to view all individual GIS files together in the map page, download them all at once, and more.  We are working on a screencast of the new import process and will post it in the next day or so.  Contact Us if you want to upload data.

New search page:  We redesigned the search page to make it much easier to search content geographically, view summaries of your search results (such as number of results per type), search within a variety of contexts (such as, your content, content in a particular group you belong to, etc).  We hope that these improvements make it easier to find what you want in Data Basin's continuously growing set of content.

Default basemap:  We switched our default basemap to ESRI's World Topography Basemap.  Many of our users have been experiencing issues with the existing basemap "sandwhich" we were using, which used ESRI's neutral-tone World Terrain Basemap on the bottom of all your layers, and ESRI's World Reference Overlay on top of all your layers, so that you could easily see boundaries and placename labels.  While we think the map "sandwhich" concept is a great idea, some aspects of the World Reference Overlay were getting in the way (namely large water bodies).  We are in contact with ESRI to get improved basemaps to address these issues.

Other improvements: We overhauled the legend to be more compact and display the attribute being shown in the map (where available), improved the dataset download process, increased the number of items you can see in any of the list views, and several other improvements.
