Description:
Eastern Canada data obtained from the Canadian Forest Service. Marty Siltanen was the main contact. Western Canada and Alaska came from Climate Source LLC (www.climatesource.com). Data for the conterminous USA came from the Oregon Climate Service (PRISM data).
