- Description:
- This shapefile contains APPROXIMATE locations of proposed routes for a Colusa-Sutter (CoSu) transmission line. Maps (.jpeg format) of the proposed routes were downloaded from the CoSu website (www.cosuline.com/images/) and georectified using NAIP imagery and digital USGS quads as reference. The proposed routes were then digitized on screen in ArcGIS using the georectified jpg files as a back-drop. The original maps downloaded from the CoSu website say that these polygons "identify study corridors in which the CoSu line could be located".
