Transmission, DRECP

Sep 19, 2014 (Last modified Sep 26, 2014)
Description:
The DRECP Conceptual Transmission linework shows electrical connections needed to transmit up to 20,000 MW of new renewable energy generation to load centers within and outside of the DRECP Planning Area.  This linework was provided by the DRECP Transmission Technical Group (TTG). The TTG was an independent technical advisory group of transmission planners that assisted with conceptual transmission planning for the various DRECP Alternatives.

Transmission lines shown provide a conceptual transmission plan for the DRECP alternatives and is not intended for siting or alignment purposes.
