Global Mean Monthly Minimum Temperature (degrees C) for Historical Period 1961-1990

Mar 17, 2011
Description:
This is a combination of CRU monthly averages of tmp (daily mean temperature) and dtr (diurnal temperature range).  Tmin is calculated as tmp - (0.5dtr). This particular map is an average for all months for the years 1961-1990.
Data Provided By:
Derived from Climatic Research Unit TS 2.0 data by Ray Drapek, PNW Research Station, USDA Forest Service.
Content date:
Original dataset covers the years 1901-2000. This particular map is the average for the years 1961-1990.
