Description:
This dataset depicts the projected delta in annual precipitation across California between the 1981-2010 baseline and values projected to the 2070-2099 time period using the Miroc ESM general circulation model and the rcp 8.5 scenario.

Downscaled datasets created by Lorraine and Alan Flint, USGS; differenced image created by Justin Epting of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Pacific Southwest Region.
