This file contains polygons (vector format) of those geographic areas in the Bakersfield Production-Consumption Region, California classified by the State Geologist as Mineral Resource Zones (MRZ) ranked MRZ-1, MRZ-2, and MRZ-3 from: "Special Report 210 - Update of Mineral Land Classification: Aggregate Materials in the Bakersfield Production-Consumption Region (2009)"; published by the California Department of Conservation, California Geological Survey.
