Post-fire Restoration Priorities (PReP) Data, Thomas and Whittier Fires

Description:
For the regenerative capacity branch, we incorporated model outputs from the Post-fire Restoration Prioritization (PReP) tool (Underwood et al. 2021) introduced in the manuscript associated with this project. For the run of this model we used a landscape unit map that incorporates vegetation type, north-south aspect, and topography. We set a threshold of 20% cover for level at which non-native herbaceous cover adversely affects regeneration. We did not use the erosion step in the model which is its final step because erosion is already accounted for in the EEMS model described directly above.
