Description:

The SOAR (Save Open-Space and Agricultural Resources) datalayer depicts the areas covered by the County's SOAR Ordinance. This includes property designated Agricultural, Open Space and Rural in the Ventura County General Plan, adopted May 24, 1988, with the exception of the Piru Redevelopment Area and the following Piru-area parcels: 056-0-180-01, 02, 06, 07 & 08; 056-0-190-05, 06 & 09.
