Description:

This dataset includes hydrographic bodies of water (lakes/ponds, swamps/marshes, ice masses, playas, and estuaries) within the Southern Mojave/Salton Sea sub-region. This corresponds to sub-region 1810 (HUC level 4) in the national Watershed Boundary Dataset (WBD). This is an extract of the National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) - medium resolution (1:100,000 scale).
