Canada’s Intact Forest Landscapes Updated to 2013

Dec 15, 2017 (Last modified Feb 17, 2020)
Description:
This dataset was created with the support of the World Resources Institute as a country specific complement to the global intact forest landscapes dataset. The purpose was to update the extent of all of Canada's remaining intact forest landscapes larger than 50,000 hectares using a Canada-specific methodology which, notably, treats fire as a natural disturbance.
