Cost-weighted Distance (also and Uncertainty Indicator) is one of the auxiliary outputs from Linkage Mapper toolbox. It shows the cost-weighted distance from the nearest core. For details, see the report, with a working title of "Habitat Connectivity for Fishers and Martens in the Klamath Basin Region of California and Oregon."
