The General Plan datalayer depicts the land use designations set forth in the Land Use Element of the General Plan 2040. Last updated is based on LAFCo 20-07 City of Thousand Oaks Annexation on September 2021. This dataset was reprojected from NAD 1927 to NAD 1983.
