Prescribed Herbivory Priority Areas

Jul 10, 2021 (Last modified Nov 11, 2021)
Description:
This layer features the one of the three produced EEMS models for the Regional Priority Plan (RPP) project. In particular, this layer (v0.7c) highlights areas on the landscape that are particularly suitable for prescribed grazing as a wildfire reduction treatment. It accounts for variables like slope, fire risk, vegetation coverage, among others. For more information on this layer refer to the project methods in the RPP project report.

The Environmental Evaluation Modeling System (EEMS) uses logic modeling to output multi-criteria decision models. More information on EEMS is available here.
