Description:
This dataset shows USACE Regulatory District boundaries. Where the boundaries follow state or county lines, 2010 Census state and county data were used. Where the boundaries follow watershed lines, USACE Civil Works District lines were used which were digitized from HUC 12 polygons, Data submitted by districts supercede all other data sources. http://geoplatform.usace.army.mil/home/item.html?id=59980895832d44e3a3410e894de4dbec
