Description:
Planning area boundary for the SSP regional assessment. The assessment area is 7,033,942 acres.  The region comprises portions of four ecoregions (Sierra Nevada, Great Central Valley, South Coast and Mojave Desert) and five geomorphic provinces (Sierra Nevada, Great Central Valley Coastal Ranges, Transverse Ranges, and Mojave Desert).
