Arkansas Terrestrial Landscape Ranks

Description:
Overall landscape (1000 hectare hexagons) ranks based on 3 factors. Habitat Condition was calculated by averaging Condition Index scores for Arkansas from the Southeast Conservation Blueprint. Species Condition scores were calculated from presence locations for S1 & S2 animals (Amphibians, Birds, Insects, Inverts, Mammals, & Reptiles), plus G1 & G2 plants. Locations were collected from Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, Arkansas Game & Fish Commission, US Fish & Wildlife Service, and other available sources, then were weighted by the age of the most recent location in a landscape. Partnership Opportunity scores were derived by counting the number of partner priority areas the landscape intersected.
