- This layer was developed using the CAISO queue data from early 2014. The geographic location of these points is to provide general guidance only and does NOT reflect actual projects or interconnection locations.The information from the queue spreadsheet was associated with a substation or tx line from the Energy Velocity dataset. A point was placed near the substation or near the midpoint of the tx line to represent that specific interconnection application.
