Description:
This refugia dataset is a normalized, even weighted sum of the Climate Exposure (aka Climate Stability) and Topographic Heterogeneity datasets.

This dataset is used as the refugia layer in the connectivity analysis. Areas with higher refugia values stand a better chance at buffering the negative effects of climate change.
