Oregon Conservation Opportunity Areas

Description:
Conservation Opportunity Areas were developed for the Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Strategy to help identify priority areas for conservation actions that directly benefit wildlife and habitats. These are areas in which conservation actions would best meet the needs of Strategy species and habitats. These areas are generally either areas of high biodiversity or areas with unique habitat values.

Spatial Resolution:
Scale of the data is at 1:200,000, based on boundaries formed by Level IV ecoregions (EPA) or better. Much of the data is at 1:24000, based on boundaries defined by 6th fields HUCs.
