Western North America tree species-climate profiles

Climate profiles for selected tree species in western North America, from Crookston et al. 2010 (citation below). In this gallery, climate modelling was based on the A2 emissions scenario (high emissions, regionally diverse world, rapid growth), and three different GCMs [Canadian Center of Climate Modeling and Analysis, Met Office Hadley Centre (UK), and Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (Princeton University, NOAA Research)].
