Site Check Tool - Data Gallery

This gallery is a collection of public datasets for the Site Check tool, in which CBI will develop and maintain a stand-alone, web-based Housing Guidelines Mapping application. The primary function of the online tool is to help streamline housing development in the State of California by informing developers and local jurisdictions of areas in the state that may be eligible for CEQA exemptions and streamlining based on existing law. This gallery have been updated as of January, 2024.
