The Intertwine Oak and Prairie Working Group

About

This is a collaborative workspace for the Intertwine Alliance Oak Prairie Work Group (OPWG) a partnership of over 30 agencies, park districts, nonprofits, and others sharing resources to better manage and conserve the north Willamette Valley’s threatened Oregon white oak ecosystems. In 2014 and 2015, the OakQuest community effort mapped thousands of Oregon white oak trees across the region. Following to the field efforts, this distribution map was augmented with additional observations made from aerial photos.
