- This map shows output from the UCSB statistical (Maxent) narrow extent species distribution model for the Alkali mariposa-lily, Calochortus striatus .The UCSB Maxent output includes both continuous and thresholded datasets. The binary layer depicting predicted suitable habitat was derived using the equal training sensitivity and specificity threshold.
For Calochortus striatus, Max Sensitivity + Specificity threshold = 0.1266; best AUC =0.9812; mean AUC = 0.9801.
