Description
BioMap is an important tool to guide strategic protection and stewardship of lands and waters that are most important for conserving biological diversity in Massachusetts. BioMap has 2 main Elements that contain several Components of biodiversity conservation. The 2 Elements are Core Habitat and Critical Natural Landscape. BioMap also includes Regional, and Local Components that enable users to customize data to their specific needs on local, statewide, and regional scales.
