In Study area 2, which has most of the farm and soccer field, is used for farming and playing soccer. In the field, we played a lot, such as soccer, crosscountry, football, and water games. In the farm, there are a lot of fruits and vegetables. There are mulefat and valley oak in the area. The creek crosses that area. It is not obvious to see the valley in the study area. The area is also near the Figueroa Mon. Road. The boundaries are the road to the inside of Midland, Figueroa Road, the side of the field and far to the family school. We are going to do these following points: the gate of farm on the side to the Family school, chicken coop that is in the south side of farm where I have been for the first time, valley oaks near the road, mulefat on the sides of creek, the bridge between the farm and the field, the valley across our study area, the tractor between the farm and the Family school, and so on. This area is near the yards which is great. Also there are some notable landmarks such as Heybarn and Farm. For the map, there will be three datasets, which are the water resource areas of interest, normalized difference vegetation index, and the geology layer of California. I did these points with my partner and we went to the area on Sunday afternoon. It took about one and half hours to finish all the GPS points.
