History of Fire and Base Water Flow - Humza

The data shown in this map is both conflicting and connects. One dataset, they years since certain parts of Santa Barbara county have been burned, shows the flow of fire in the past. The other, shows the Base water flow through California. Both of these datasets intersect with the Los Padres National Forest property that I have drawn a shape around. And overall shows the history of fires in the forest, therefore the likely hood for the future; and base water flow, which could be what puts them out.
